Our Exterior Processes:

Pressure washing - Remove chalk deposits, dirt, mildew, loose paint, etc. In some instances we hand wash. A clean surface is a crucial exterior painting preparation step.

Scraping & Sanding - Scraping and sanding should be combined as each can find loose paint the other technique missed. This forms the foundation for the entire paint job.

Glossy Areas & Caulking - Sand, scuff glossy areas for better primer, paint adhesion. Caulk windows, doors, joints, gaps. Caulk makes your home more energy efficient and prevents water intrusion.

Primer - Creates a good base for the top coat of paint to adhere properly. Primer also seals any bear wood or smoke damaged area. Our primer locks down paint edges and establishes a good foundation for the top coat.

Paint - We only use premium paints, they are the most durable and give you a beautiful finish. In general we use 100% Acrylic Latex Paints and apply two coats over the primer coat.
